Online consultations are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom. You can join the meeting by clicking the link sent to you at your appointment time.
Before the first consultation, you need to fill out the anamnesis form. It is also recommended to upload your blood test results from the last 3 months.
You can cancel free of charge if there are more than 24 hours until your appointment. Appointments with less than 24 hours remaining cannot be cancelled.
When your package expires, unused sessions become invalid. You can continue by purchasing a new package.
Your diet program will be uploaded to the 'My Documents' section of your panel in PDF or Word format after the consultation. You will be notified via email.
